I’m a Registered Nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments, especially when caring for critically ill post-surgical patients. In my ICU role, I managed comprehensive post-surgical care for open-heart surgery patients requiring high-acuity hemodynamic monitoring.

I monitor, titrate, and maintain central lines and complex vasoactive drips (pressors and inotropes) to keep patients stable. I also operate advanced life-supportive technologies, including mechanical ventilators, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT/dialysis machines), and intra-aortic balloon pumps—while using swift clinical judgment to act quickly during acute emergencies.

Before and alongside ICU work, I provided patient-centered acute care in Orthopedics / Medical-Surgical settings for diverse medical-surgical and pre/post-operative orthopedic patients. I built personalized, evidence-based nursing care plans, collaborated with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to streamline discharge planning, and served as a Clinical Preceptor, mentoring newly hired nurses and nursing students into unit workflows and safety standards.

Earlier in my healthcare journey, I worked as a Patient Access Representative II in the Emergency Room, focusing on accurate patient demographics, insurance verifications, and medical intake in a high-volume triage environment. I’m committed to compassionate, efficient care and continuous growth—currently pursuing an RN to BSN path while bringing strong clinical software proficiency with EPIC EMR and a bilingual communication edge in English and Tagalog.
