At Lee Transervice, I process commercial vehicle title, registration, and permitting applications while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. I research state-specific requirements, coordinate with government agencies, and help clients resolve documentation issues.
I also train new Licensing & Permitting Technicians, maintain audit-ready client records in Creatio and Microsoft Office, and coordinate with Accounting and cross-functional teams to deliver timely service.
