At GloriumTechnologies, I led design for healthcare SaaS where three generations of UI coexisted across the product. I built a design system as the source of truth and pushed its adoption through roughly 100 engineers, reducing design cycles by about 20% and downstream rework by 10–40%.
I grew the design team from 7 to 16 across SaaS, fintech, and HIPAA-regulated products. Several mid-level designers grew into team leads, including one who was close to being let go before we changed how the project was staffed and reviewed.
At L1nda, I reworked complex scheduling flows end to end while the product was migrating to a new architecture. I worked directly with C-level leadership and supported both the existing product and what was coming next.
I’ve also worked on banking products at Staxter and cryptocurrency exchange and payment products at Exmo. More recently, I started CogniAgent as an AI assistant and grew it into an agent platform; I hired the team, handed over the groundwork, and moved on to validating key decisions. I’m focused on applying AI across design functions within HIPAA/PHI constraints, using code-based prototyping, machine-readable specs, and quality safeguards.
