I test and support four releases per month, integrating AI tools, Git, and Azure DevOps into daily workflows to help improve product quality and reduce customer-reported issues.
Across two SOVOS products, I've progressed from manual testing to more complex testing scenarios while managing large, multi-source data files with advanced Excel and SQL.
I also bring cross-functional delivery experience from Teleperformance, where I coordinated HR, IT, and clients for eight large commercial accounts and mentored six new team members and interns at SOVOS.
