Lucia Udeoji

I’m a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in mental health care, with over 9 years of nursing experience and 2+ years as a mental health provider. I focus on evidence-based psychiatric assessment and care for diverse patient populations across the lifespan, combining strong ethical judgment with patient-centered communication.

In my current Administrator CBRF role, I provide psychiatric oversight and behavioral health support while helping ensure a safe, supportive, therapeutic environment. Previously, I delivered comprehensive mental health services in both in-person and telehealth settings—diagnosing and treating conditions such as addiction, depression, anxiety, and psychosis—while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and educating patients on medication management, coping strategies, and available community resources.
