What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hands-on role where I can improve operations, lead teams, solve customer or production challenges, and use my experience in sales, fabrication, welding, and project coordination.

I'm currently guiding customers through vehicle selection and sales at Blaise Alexander Chevrolet, using needs assessments, CRM follow-up, and detailed product knowledge to create a low-stress experience.

At Nittany Laser Technologies, I streamlined labor processes and operating procedures, managed schedules and SOPs, and kept production in house by improving CNC mill operations. I also handled laser welding, GMAW, FCAW, TIG welding, fabrication from blueprints and CAD drawings, and robot programming.

I've led installation teams for security solutions across banks, hotels, resorts, casinos, and cruise ships, while serving as the customer point of contact and managing deadlines. My background also includes structural steel welding, fitting, and fabrication.
