What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time role as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, ideally working directly for a product-based company rather than a consulting or staffing agency. I want to keep growing my expertise in ITSM and ITOM, with room to take ownership of platform architecture, integrations, and process automation.

I'm a Senior ServiceNow Developer based in Curitiba, Brazil, with over 5 years of experience on the platform. I'm currently working at NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing do Brasil, where I focus on ITSM, designing and customizing processes and applications across Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog, along with Service Portal/Employee Center development and CMDB governance.

My core strengths are Flow Designer, API integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub), and CMDB. I've led end-to-end projects from requirements gathering through post go-live stabilization, including test automation with the Automated Test Framework (ATF). I've also worked on integrations with AWS and Azure, LDAP for identity sync, and SSO configuration from scratch.

I hold CSA and CAD certifications (both renewed in 2026) and I'm currently working toward my CIS-DF. Before NETZSCH, I worked as a ServiceNow Consultant at The Cloud People and as a ServiceNow Developer at ZUP IT Innovation and BRF, building a strong foundation across ITSM and ITOM in different company sizes and industries.

I'm fluent in Portuguese and English, and I'm currently looking for opportunities to grow further in ITSM/ITOM, ideally working directly with a product-focused company rather than a consulting/staffing model.
