I explain technical setups in plain language, resolve issues under pressure, and keep teams and event logistics aligned through last-minute changes. From breakout rooms and panel sessions to ballroom productions and touring load-ins, I focus on making every guest experience feel smooth and well supported.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish, hold a BS in Show Production/Event Technology, and am DANTE Level 2 Certified.
