What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency in global teams.

At Adora Sindicatura, I developed the Hermes messaging module with WhatsApp Business API, Java, and Spring Boot, reducing average response time by about 93%.

I also implemented RAG solutions using Next.js, Pinecone, and OpenAI to provide context-aware automated responses and decrease manual property-management overhead by about 84%.

At Prefeitura Municipal de Timbó, I automated surgical queue notifications for SUS, reducing manual data-entry time from over 60 minutes to under five minutes. I also developed an IT asset and support ticket system for more than 300 users.
