At Bcontrol, I architected, coded, and deployed a tailored CRM for a US-based client. I gathered requirements directly from stakeholders and translated their operational workflows into technical specifications.

At Fly Global, I own end-to-end product engineering for a proprietary CRM and automated customer pipelines. I constructed CI/CD pipelines and Dockerized services to address release bottlenecks and support multi-tenant traffic.
