At Volatus Health, I lead experience and product design for Genie, an IVF clinic platform replacing spreadsheet and paper workflows across 18 role-based flows. I mapped the patient journey to align leadership, clinicians, and engineering on what to build first.
At Sympla, I led product, UX, and service design for its ticketing and events platform, then took on Group Product Manager for the mobile app. In 2023, product satisfaction reached 85% and brand promotion reached 79%; the team-run Design Ops program also moved the team from Emergent to Structured on the NN/g UX maturity model.
I founded Arandu Studio, an AI-native product design and engineering studio embedded with clients. For Auora, I replaced a filter-based booking search that failed usability testing with a step-by-step assistant; for Fluxo Clínico, I redesigned scheduling rules around the front desk’s real work.
Earlier, I managed product design at Mercado Bitcoin and led the UX chapter at Philips, where I wrote modular guidelines for a global healthcare informatics design system. I facilitate co-creation workshops and design sprints, mentor designers, and build research and design operations from zero.
