Led administrative and permitting operations for a $189M+ luxury multifamily portfolio, overseeing permitting for 800+ units across South Florida municipalities and expediting approvals from groundbreaking through CO/TCO. Managed submissions and tracking of construction documents (including MEP drawings and site plans), and maintained budget accuracy for $60M+ projects.

Managed the end-to-end permitting lifecycle for a $40M+ luxury residential development with 60+ single-family homes, coordinating with City of Doral building department and Miami-Dade County to support timely permit issuance. Resolved municipal comments, submitted high-density site plans, architectural blueprints, and MEP drawings, and managed impact fees, bonds, and permit-fee budgets.

Implemented individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) targeting communication, social, and daily living skills while using de-escalation and reinforcement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors. Collected real-time behavioral data, wrote objective session notes for medical records/BCBA review, and provided daily caregiver progress debriefs.
