I prepare annual budgets, forecasts, financial variance reports, expense reports, and cash-flow analyses to align property performance with client financial objectives. I also manage rent collection, billing, CAM and Triple Net reconciliations, rent rolls, occupancy reports, and lease requirements.
I streamline lease administration for abstractions, renewals, assignments, amendments, SNDAs, and estoppels while negotiating vendor agreements and coordinating repairs, inspections, tenant improvements, and capital projects. I develop operating plans for retail properties and provide portfolio reporting for clients, executives, lenders, and appraisers.
