My name is Lorenzo Passalacqua, and I am a dedicated junior software tester with a strong background in customer service and sales. I have honed my skills through various roles, including my current position as a Business Sales Representative at PayPal, where I assist merchants in enhancing their e-commerce platforms. My experience in the tech industry includes a role as a junior software tester at DSTech, where I was responsible for identifying and reporting bugs in Java applications, showcasing my attention to detail and commitment to quality.

In addition to my technical skills, I bring a friendly personality and a strong work ethic to every team I join.
