What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities where I can support people directly through customer service, student programs, front-desk operations, or community-focused work while continuing to build my German language skills.

I've supported students at Bard College Berlin as a Summer Program Assistant, checking them in, responding to on-call emergencies and maintenance issues, and serving as a liaison with staff and the community.

In Berlin café work at Mocca Fou, I opened and maintained the café and ice cream shop, took orders, and prepared them in German.

I've also served travelers as a barista at Portland Coffee Roasters in Portland International Airport, preparing food and espresso drinks while following airport security procedures.

As a Front Desk Ambassador with the American Red Cross, I welcomed visitors, supported blood donation programs, and connected donors, doctors, volunteers, and staff with needed services.
