What I'm looking for

I am seeking a QA/automation role where I can expand automation coverage, work in Agile teams, contribute to Salesforce or BI product quality, and grow into technical leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

I am an experienced Quality Assurance engineer with a strong background in manual and automated testing across Salesforce, banking, and BI products. I have worked on end-to-end testing activities including test planning, defect management, and regression suites.

My automation experience includes Selenium with C#, the Orange Goat Framework (hybrid/data-driven/keyword-driven), and scripting to support regression and CI workflows. I have validated integrations and databases using Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL and performed API testing with Postman.

I have ensured production readiness by maintaining consistency across development, QA, UAT, and production sandboxes, tracking defects in JIRA, and documenting issues in Confluence. I have supported multi-browser and multi-OS releases and mobile app testing for Android and iOS.

I collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot failures to root cause, and drive fixes through communication and coordination. I am motivated to deliver high-quality software in Agile environments and continuously improve test coverage and automation maturity.
