I manage annual procurement budgets of $500,000–$2M+ and maintain P&L accountability, including direct oversight of food cost percentages, labor budgets, and operational expenditures. I implement inventory control and purchasing compliance systems that reduce waste and over-purchasing using data-driven ordering protocols, and I lead procurement receiving and supply chain operations in deadline-driven, high-stakes environments.

I’m deeply grounded in agricultural systems, ethical sourcing, and supplier accountability—shaped by extensive 4-H training and lifelong hands-on experience. Fully remote-capable and available immediately, I build strategic supplier partnerships and lead teams of 10–30 staff through purchasing protocols, performance reviews, and risk-mitigation sourcing.
