What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a QA role where I can own test execution and defect tracking, strengthen automation skills, and work closely with developers in an Agile (Kanban/Scrum) environment that values accuracy, documentation, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Software QA Tester with internship experience in manual testing, test execution, and bug reporting, and I’m now building my quality assurance career around accuracy, documentation, and measurable results. I bring an analytical, detail-first mindset from my customer-focused settlement work, where I verified information for accuracy and compliance.

In my QA internships, I performed E2E, functional, smoke, regression, exploratory, UAT, ad hoc, and retesting for apps including KapitBahay App, Hello Norg, and Franshift. I tested frontend and backend behavior, including webhooks, system logs, and third-party integrations, then executed test cases and documented results in Agile (Kanban-style) workflows.

I track and verify defects in ClickUp and JIRA, collaborate closely with developers for timely resolution, and support user moderation and test data management. I’ve also built API test coverage with Insomnia and supported regression test automation using Katalon Studio.
