Led functional aspects for the integration of FLEXCUBE as Citibank's Core platform, gathering information and raising documentation processes. Optimized processes and sub-processes using LEAN methodology, and created business scenario matrices and test case arrays.

Led DirecTV Go Foundations OTT Devices QA, conducting UX, functional, accessibility, API, and backend integration testing across various devices. Developed QA process and test plan documentation, and created training content for Globant Academy.

Managed and maintained the ATM Lab, including process mapping, procedure construction, and policy improvement. Ensured maximum availability of devices during testing and designed/executed test cases for ATM remote connection platform projects.

Provided first-level support to end-users for IT applications and operating systems, ensuring proper operation. Performed basic network and server troubleshooting, and assisted with Citrix and Cisco IP telephony issues.

Ensured the quality and continuity of core systems supporting mobile operations, including commercial, pre/post sales, billing, mediation, and roaming applications. Designed and executed functional tests, and guaranteed database integrity using Oracle and SQL queries.
