I'm looking to help people build strength, confidence, healthy habits, and sustainable wellbeing through personal training, group fitness, nutrition guidance, and motivating wellness coaching.

I'm building InnerFit, a wellness-focused fitness coaching business where I deliver online coaching and one-on-one personal training centered on resistance training and lifestyle transformation.

At Academia Corpo e Saúde in Novo Hamburgo, I worked across reception, gym instruction, personal training, and group fitness coaching. I led Dance Fitness, Core Training, Jump, and Strength Training classes while supporting clients with physical conditioning, motivation, and healthy habits.

I create personalized wellness and nutrition strategies, guide sustainable routine changes, and organize fitness community events focused on health, motivation, and wellbeing. I bring positive energy and strong client relationships to every session.
