At Solventum and 3M, I’ve led development of collagen and gelatin wet-spun fibers, bioactive wound dressings, liquid-filtration media, and flame-retardant nonwoven platforms. I’ve also shaped nonwoven R&D strategy, scale-up paths, pilot-line design, and manufacturing capability across healthcare, filtration, automotive, and consumer products.
I bring a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering and a record of advancing nanofiber, polymer, and composite technologies from formulation through commercialization. My work includes deploying melt-blowing technology to manufacturing, enabling three-times-faster molding cycles, developing centrifugal jet spinning with 500-times-higher production than electrospinning, and contributing to numerous nonwoven-material patent applications.
