I am a recent University graduate seeking employment in a role that welcomes growth and advancement. Since November 2024, I’ve provided informal peer support outside formal care systems while maintaining professional boundaries and client confidentiality, ensuring ongoing informed consent through regular check-ins and clear communication. I also coordinate scheduling, manage appointments, and maintain reliable communication with clients.

From August–November 2024, I volunteered as a Crisis Support Counsellor for an international text-based support service, assisting individuals experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, and work–life stress. I deliver superior active listening and empathy through empathetic, client-centered support for people from diverse cultural, social, and professional backgrounds. I’m strengthening my practice through continuing education in mental health, neurodivergence, therapeutic alliance development, cultural humility, and anti-oppressive practice, alongside training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
