What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a junior GoHighLevel VA or CRM Automation Assistant role supporting reliable lead management and business operations.

On my GoHighLevel CRM & AI Automation demonstration project for 3G’s Foliar Philippines, I designed a sample lead-management process from inquiry capture through follow-up and customer retention. I configured contact capture, pipeline stages, lead routing, appointment reminders, and automated follow-up workflows.

I also developed Conversation AI FAQ and human-handoff scenarios for inquiries needing staff assistance. The project walkthrough explains the business challenges and automation flow; its outcomes are illustrative, not verified client results.

As an Account Officer at CARD Bank Inc., A Microfinance-Oriented Rural Bank, I processed loan applications, verified supporting documents, and maintained client records and KYC documentation. I tracked payments and collections, prepared operational reports, and used spreadsheets and the bank’s loan system to keep updates accurate.
