I’m a trust and markets operations professional who combines strong reconciliations with registrar/depository expertise to keep corporate actions, client updates, and settlement workflows running accurately. I’m known for careful documentation, confidentiality, and reliable execution across multiple stakeholder groups.
In my recent roles, I executed transactions on DEPEND (shares deposits/withdrawals, inter CSD transfers, dematerialization validation, and documentation checks) and monitored trade settlements. As a Corporate Action Officer – Payments, I supported corporate action events for assigned registrar companies, ensured timely processing, and updated the DEPEND depository system with new or amended client information.
As a RBC Trust Officer, I managed a portfolio of clients across RBC Trust service lines, acted as first line of contact between trustee and external stakeholders, and supported monthly pensioner payroll processing. I also handled requests from pension plan sponsor companies and bondholders according to constituting documents, completed annual trustee reports and accounts reviews, and responded to audit confirmations and information requests.
