I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in developing and implementing behavior support plans for students with autism and other developmental disabilities. My journey began with a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential, which has driven my commitment to creating tailored treatment plans that address each student's unique needs.

Throughout my career, I have successfully supervised and trained teams of behavior technicians, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and fostering a collaborative environment. My role involves conducting Functional Behavior Assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and devising evidence-based interventions. I take pride in analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of these interventions, making necessary adjustments to optimize student progress.

In my previous positions, I have collaborated closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to refine and implement treatment plans, delivering quarterly progress reports to track advancements.
