Across roles with Lapeer Insurance Agency, Brown & Brown of Michigan, Meadowbrook Insurance Group, and Sheehan Insurance Group, I've managed commercial marketing, policy servicing, claims coordination, endorsements, audits, renewals, and client follow-through.

I've worked with E&S/surplus and Lloyd's markets, contractor and OCIP/CCIP-related work, commercial auto and fleet records, and Applied and AMS workflows. At Sheehan Insurance Group, I led staff training, banking, AP/AR, agency workflow, and an Applied-to-AMS conversion while contributing to 300% growth in two years.

For nine years, I also built and operated a retail/e-commerce business, managing financial records, systems, vendors, compliance, staff training, documentation, and daily workflow. I bring accurate documentation, sound judgment, and dependable self-directed follow-through to remote operations work.
