I’m a Solution Manager in a tier 2 telco focused on translating emerging technologies into new revenue streams. In Americas Carrier and Europe GTM, I support a portfolio of customers in the US market.
Previously, as Emerging Technologies in the Enterprise Architects team, I partnered with regulators, academia, and industry—designing a S$10 million innovation lab with a “living lab” approach that brings research outcomes close to deployment. I advised regulators such as IMDA, MAS, LTA, and CSA across emerging risk frontiers including quantum cryptography, network security, payment systems, digital identity, and quantum-safe migration.
I’ve also built hands-on platforms through DevOps and DevSecOps. As Green Software Engineer, I cofounded NCS’ first GreenOps practice—leading a DevOps team of 4, operating a carbon monitor for 90+ VMs on Azure, and driving >90% decrease in cost per month (Azure Log Workspace) and >60% VM cost reduction over six months.
I combine engineering depth with leadership and enablement. I built Java tooling for per-second emissions visibility, integrated interactive dashboards for FinOps reporting, implemented SonarQube profiles across Java/JavaScript/C#/.NET/Python, and developed sustainable practices through a company Green Software Community of Practice and an IMDA grant paper as part of their sustainable sandbox programme.
