I’m looking to lead finance for a growth-stage fintech / startup / scaleup or financial services business—owning reporting, controls, audits, cash forecasting and FP&A—while partnering closely with executives to drive strategy, process improvements, and board-ready decision-making.

A dedicated Finance Director and CA(SA) with over 17 years' experience leading finance functions across FinTech and financial services, spanning South Africa, the UK, Australia, the US and Ireland. My background combines technical financial expertise with strategic and operational leadership, having built and scaled finance functions for high-growth, international businesses from the ground up. I have applied my experience across financial reporting, treasury, FP&A, governance, regulatory compliance and board reporting to both start-up and established organisations. One of my key strengths is my ability to operate effectively across geographies and time zones, working closely with CEOs, boards and senior stakeholders in remote-first environments.
