I am looking for senior finance leadership work where I can drive finance transformation with digital insight, partner with executives on business planning and rolling forecasts, strengthen controls, and use analytics (Power BI/Fabric) to improve decisions.

I am a results-driven Senior Finance Manager with 17+ years of experience across financial management, FP&A, and business partnering in the services and manufacturing sectors. I built my career progressively through the accounting ranks — from Trainee Accountant at Deloitte through Financial Analyst and Finance Manager roles — to senior leadership, backed by technical excellence and continuous development.

I hold the Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) designation, underpinned by a strong foundation in external audit at Deloitte. My track record spans management reporting, budget and forecasting cycles, variance analysis, tax compliance (SARS), and internal control frameworks, grounded in IFRS and compliance expectations.

I manage finance functions end-to-end—partnering daily with operational leadership on business planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance analysis. I prepare strategic KPI management accounting packs for senior review, guide non-financial teams to interpret financial KPIs, and oversee revenue and collections, acquisitions and payments, and balance sheet reconciliations.

I am actively advancing my technical capabilities in data analytics and finance transformation, using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric alongside ERP reporting systems such as SAP, Oracle HFM, Tagetik, Microsoft Dynamics, and HxGN EAM. I also strengthen controls, support external audit processes, and compile BEE external audit packs to ensure readiness and audit-quality outputs.
