Led technician operations and served as supply lead supporting three locations. Directed preparation of chemotherapy, iron infusion, and premedication compounds while authoring SOPs to promote consistent sterile practices.

Prepared IV and injectable medications using hood technique and MD Anderson guidelines. Managed medication and supply ordering, dose-related waste billing, and patient support by phone.

Prepared IV mixtures, injectable and oral medications in accordance with USP 795/797/800 standards. Supported compounding, packaging, stock replenishment, prescription entry, and resolution of medication-related issues.

Performed venipuncture and finger sticks, labeled specimens using patient identifiers, and documented equipment controls and work performed. Trained patient care assistants in venipuncture technique, laboratory documentation, and quality-care practices.

Provided direct patient support, monitored vital signs and intake/output, and performed glucose monitoring and EKG testing.

Completed the Pharmacy Technician Program in October 2018.

Completed phlebotomy certification in November 2010.

Earned a High School Diploma in June 2009.
