I am a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist with experience leading outpatient and infusion clinic pharmacy operations and investigational drug services. I currently serve as a Supervising Pharmacist, where I combine clinical oversight with hands-on compounding and regimen validation.

I have extensive experience with chemotherapy and sterile compounding, EMR regimen builds (EPIC, OncoEMR), and investigational agent dispensing. I lead quality improvement initiatives—such as dual verification, paperless charting, and workflow standardization—to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.

As a preceptor and trainer, I have developed training programs for pharmacists and technicians, advised residency projects, and created compounding reference guides aligned with USP guidance. I routinely collaborate with nurses, prescribers, research teams, and trial sponsors to ensure compliant, evidence-based medication management.

My background includes peer-reviewed publications, podium and poster presentations, and participation on professional committees. I seek to apply my clinical research, compounding, and leadership skills to improve oncology pharmacy services and patient outcomes.
