Lindsay Rawle

I am a passionate and detail-oriented nurse with a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. My journey in healthcare began with a BSN in Nursing from Utah Valley University, and since then, I have honed my skills in various nursing roles, including Charge Nurse and Clinical Coach at Intermountain Health. My experience spans critical care, same-day surgery, and patient management, where I have developed proficiency in IV placement, medication titration, and acute pediatric care.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership abilities, having been promoted to Charge Nurse within my first year of practice. I thrive in high-pressure environments, such as working on a full COVID unit, where I managed ICU-level patients and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. My dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture is evident from my role in creating a culture team at Byte, where I also recruited for various positions.

With a focus on continuous growth and adaptability, I am eager to leverage my skills and experience to contribute to a dynamic healthcare team. I believe in the importance of compassionate care and strive to create a supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
