At AXA, I support medical claims verification, reimbursement processing, provider relations, authorizations, and claims compliance. I process approximately 26 medical insurance vouchers daily and handle 4–7 daily claim and coverage clarifications.
Since 2026, I’ve supported audits of 1,518 reimbursement files across 3 providers. In the files reviewed, I identified 873 unjustified claims valued at FCFA 17.3M from FCFA 34.7M reviewed.
I also led the Centre Region 2A2S rollout across 96 providers, coordinating 174 users and implementing the system for 71 providers. I use 2A2S, CIMASSUR, and ISOPAC to support provider operations.
I maintain accurate, confidential, audit-ready records and contribute to reporting and claims documentation. I’m currently developing my ICD-10-CM medical coding knowledge.
