At the University of Oregon, I lead the full lifecycle of complex client and IT projects spanning web development, custom software, databases, virtual event platforms, in-person logistics, and customer service. I manage Salesforce and CRM implementation, support a custom PostgreSQL database, and translate community feedback into product requirements.
Previously, I managed multiple monthly fundraising and educational events for the American Cancer Society, overseeing 100 volunteers across eight counties and an income portfolio of $336,000.
