What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support people with disabilities through NDIS-aligned care, safeguarding, and plan/funding management—working closely with participants, families, and providers to improve access to equitable services.

I provide direct disability support and person-centered care, including personal care, community participation, documentation, and safeguarding. In Australia, I worked across NDIS-aligned services and aged care, then returned to volunteer in Kenya at Ololulunga Sub-County Hospital, where I supported vulnerable patients with psychosocial support and referrals.

At Alpha Plan Management, I monitored participant budgets, issued clear monthly financial statements, and kept financial records compliant with NDIS guidelines. I processed provider invoices, onboarded new participants end-to-end, and worked directly with service providers and support coordinators to keep service delivery moving.

Before that, I supported NDIS funding management and onboarding at NDSP Plan Managers, and led Supported Independent Living operations at BET Group Global. I coached and mentored support staff, developed and reviewed person-centered support plans, and coordinated rosters and coverage in line with NDIS practice standards.
