I’m seeking to leverage technical depth and compliance expertise to manage and deliver critical technology projects—strengthening security posture, driving digital transformation, and advancing encryption, privacy-preserving technologies, and intelligent security systems.

I’m a technically adept engineer working as an Audit, standards and compliance officer at THE ICT AUTHORITY, where I monitor cybersecurity framework adherence and support government-wide ISO 27001 alignment. I’ve helped manage nationwide implementation and conformance rollout of ICT standards across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDACs), and I lead audit reports, gap analyses, and corrective action plans to strengthen compliance scores.

Previously, I worked as an Information Security Analyst at ROYAL MEDIA SERVICES, conducting vulnerability assessments, security audits, and malware investigations while deploying SIEM-based (Splunk), SOAR, and EDR monitoring to reduce incident response time. Across my roles, I’ve built security into telecom and digital operations (VoIP/PBX, Fortinet firewalls, Palo Alto VPNs, CrowdStrike) and ensured alignment with Kenya’s Data Protection Act (2019), combining audit rigor with hands-on incident readiness.
