At Blossom Srl, I manage tender processes for European Agencies, UN bodies, and other international clients, from opportunity assessment and Go/No-Go decisions through proposal submission and post-award handover. I translate complex calls for tender into compliant proposals and coordinate partners, experts, and internal contributors.
I build consortia with international and local partners, negotiate cooperation agreements and subcontracting arrangements, and contribute to technical and financial proposals. My work also includes managing assignments under European Commission and EU Agency Framework Agreements and Long-Term Agreements.
Before Blossom Srl, I managed domestic and international procurement at Sisal Italia S.p.A. and advised public sector clients on ICT procurement strategies at PwC Italy. My earlier experience includes supporting comparative analysis and digitisation work at ANAC and procurement opportunity research at InterAnalysis Ltd.
