I'm seeking a Business Operations, HR, or General Management role where I can apply my organizational, technical, and analytical skills to streamline administrative tasks, coordinate workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

I've supported HR and business development at Vidhun Learnify Ltd., coordinating recruitment logistics, candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, employee documentation, and database maintenance.
