What I'm looking for

I seek a role leveraging epidemic preparedness, community engagement, and RMNCH expertise in a collaborative, impact-driven organization with opportunities to lead programs and build capacity.

I am a Public Health professional with over 10 years' experience in epidemic preparedness and response, community-based program management, training, and clinical practice. I have led risk communication and community engagement for EVD, Mpox, and other epidemic-prone diseases, and contributed to measurable RMNCH outcomes including a 27% reduction in under-five mortality and a 7% reduction in stunting.

I excel at capacity building, stakeholder coordination, and supervising multidisciplinary teams, with experience managing budgets, developing training curricula, and providing technical assistance to branch managers and volunteers. I seek to apply my field experience and leadership in a challenging CRA role where I can drive preparedness, community accountability, and improved health outcomes.
