What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level remote customer support role where I can respond to enquiries, explain information clearly, and support customers while learning new tools and procedures.

At Ennycharles College, I responded to student and parent enquiries, providing clear information and appropriate guidance.

I handled sensitive conversations with parents calmly, listened to their concerns, and worked toward constructive outcomes.

I explained rules, instructions, and complex subject information in simple language suited to different needs. I also maintained student-related records and completed routine documentation.

My teaching experience, including teaching English to secondary school students, developed strengths I can bring to customer support. I’m comfortable using Gmail, Microsoft Word, basic Microsoft Excel, internet browsing, and WhatsApp Business, and I’m willing to learn new support tools and procedures.
