Lilian Ikimat

I’m a detail-oriented, highly organized Virtual Assistant with practical experience in calendar management, email organization, internet research, data entry, and document preparation. I’ve completed Virtual Assistant training and I’m actively building my administrative skills through hands-on, self-directed practice.

In my remote practice, I manage schedules and meetings using Google Calendar, keep inboxes organized with Gmail, and create Google Meet meetings for participants. I also conduct internet research, format documents in Google Docs and Google Sheets, and handle reminders, appointments, and administrative tasks.

I’ve also volunteered with the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture and Fisheries Kenya, supporting administrative and office tasks like organizing records, maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with data collection and report preparation, and communicating professionally with staff and visitors—while maintaining confidentiality.
