At Sonda, I gather functional requirements from user areas for SUNAT’s MIGE 2 project and write specifications for its modules. I also work with users, business teams, and developers to understand needs and validate how requirements should be interpreted.
Across roles at Inetum, SUNAT, and public-sector organizations, I’ve analyzed and designed information systems, supported testing and implementation, and prepared technical documentation. At the Municipalidad Provincial de Trujillo, I led the implementation of the Sistema de Prescripción Adquisitiva de Dominio para Impresión de Títulos, coordinating developers, quality analysts, and deployments.
