What I'm looking for

I seek a senior role in community mobilization or health communications within impact-driven NGOs or public-health programs, offering leadership in M&E, IEC development, and stakeholder engagement with opportunities for capacity building and measurable impact.

I am a sociologist and social anthropologist with over a decade of experience in community mobilization, public health communications, and project implementation across Lesotho. I have led community engagement for national surveys, PrEP demand-creation, census operations, and electrification projects.

I have coordinated district-level demand-creation activities, trained and supervised enumerators and community mobilizers, developed IEC materials, and supported monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to meet program targets. My work has included designing tools, data cleaning and synchronization, and providing constructive feedback to field teams.

I bring strong project management, training, and monitoring & evaluation skills grounded in participatory, community-driven approaches. I seek to contribute to impact-focused organizations that value evidence-based communication, community capacity building, and measurable program outcomes.
