I’m a Management Information Systems and Marketing student at the University of Montana, motivated to build a career in business analytics and technology-driven operations. I blend practical experience with hands-on coursework in CRM strategy, analytics, and business applications.

In projects, I’ve developed applications in Python using GitHub and Visual Studio Code, integrating Ollama and other AI agents. I also built a CRM strategy using Salesforce and AI tools and presented it to senior consultants, and I performed statistical analysis and visualization using SQL and Tableau with hypothesis testing techniques.

In my work experience, I manage customer orders and inventory using Fastenal’s internal ERP systems to ensure accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery. I support B2B clients with product sourcing, pricing, and order placement, and I’m known for fast-paced, accurate execution—whether handling POS transactions and cash reconciliation or coordinating with teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
