At The Good, I designed A/B and multivariate tests for clients and conducted generative and evaluative research to inform design decisions. I analyzed session recordings, heatmaps, and other qualitative and quantitative data to help validate concepts and designs.
I also developed clear, actionable deliverables for stakeholders and collaborated with developers, strategists, and cross-functional teams. I led and mentored UX design interns and junior designers.
During my UX Design Student apprenticeship at Chegg Inc., I created mobile-first, responsive applications and worked through research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. I built a portfolio of real-world projects, including end-to-end product design and development.
My design foundation includes a BFA from Savannah College of Art and Design and specialized UX training through Chegg Inc. My background in photography, web design, management, and hospitality informs how I approach user and business challenges.
