Christopher Zampini

As a dedicated Interaction Design student, I have developed a strong foundation in user-centered design, prototyping, and research. My academic journey at Farmingdale State College has equipped me with essential skills in human-centered design and usability testing, which I am eager to apply in real-world projects. I am particularly excited about the opportunity to collaborate with innovative UX teams and contribute fresh ideas to enhance user experiences.

During my recent internship as a UX Researcher at Jones Beach Theater, I conducted user research through field observations, interviews, and usability testing. Leading a cross-functional research team, I synthesized qualitative insights into actionable recommendations that improved event security and guest experience workflows. My ability to visualize user pain points through storyboards and journey maps has been instrumental in advocating for workflow improvements, directly influencing operational changes.

With a keen interest in emerging technologies, I am continuously exploring AI-assisted design tools and modern interactive prototyping techniques. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, as evidenced by my Google UX Design Certification and participation in UX webinars. I look forward to bringing my passion for design and research to a dynamic team.
