I’m an Estimator at Eagle Railcar Services, where I prepare detailed invoices and cost estimates for repairs with accuracy and timeliness. I focus on transparent pricing and clear project timelines, while working closely with clients to understand their needs.

I also maintain organized records for all projects and documentation to support auditing and reporting. Through this work, I’ve strengthened my budgeting skills, price strategy, and client relationship management to keep projects moving smoothly.

Before that, I served as a Guest Advocate at Target, delivering exceptional customer service for product questions, returns, and the purchasing process. I managed high-volume transactions, supported team efforts to meet sales goals, and resolved escalations or complaints to protect guest loyalty and safety.

Earlier, I worked as a Teacher at The Little Academy, building a safe, welcoming environment for children. I communicated with parents and guardians about progress and concerns, managed daily learning schedules, and practiced strong multitasking and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
