I lead civil engineering and consultancy through operational excellence, technical innovation, and disciplined delivery. As Managing Director of De Chaussure Civils and CEO of LL Projects, I drive contract negotiations, stakeholder alignment, and quality-and-safety focused execution across residential and commercial work.
My foundation blends hands-on engineering with survey and design capability—from site supervision and workforce management to concrete/structural works, road paving and finishing, and cadastral survey activities. I’ve also served as a CAD Technician and Land Surveyor, supporting commercial building design and land survey needs.
Beyond conventional delivery, I bring social-impact project leadership through Selemela Learning Network, where I’ve led Learning Environment Assessments using specialized instruments and GIS, and managed engagement activities and public relations. I also contributed to developing and delivering UNICEF-supported life skills training manual content for Lesotho’s Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development.
