I've supported the commercial management of major construction projects in Lesotho, including resettlement villages and replacement housing at the Polihali Site Establishment Area with Sixty15 JV.

In my current Quantity Surveying Assistant role, I prepare subcontractor payment valuations, assist with interim payment certificates, measure completed works against Bills of Quantities, compile variation documentation, and coordinate procurement, supplier deliveries, logistics, and import clearances.

Previously, at SCIG SCMG TIM JV and Sigma Construction, I prepared payment certificates, cost price adjustments, cost reports, budgets, tenders, variation accounts, and final-account support for road, infrastructure, factory-shell, and headquarters projects.

I'm experienced in working closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and insurers to maintain accurate commercial records and meet contractual requirements.
