@molupepheko
Executive leader in economic development driving institutional transformation and strategic growth.
What I'm looking for
I am an executive leader with over 20 years' experience in economic development, governance, and institutional transformation, holding a Master of Commerce in Economics. I specialise in aligning political and development priorities into actionable strategies that drive measurable results and investment confidence.
As CEO of the national tourism institution, I led organisational reform, developed the National Tourism Sector Strategy and strategic plans, and implemented financial sustainability frameworks including levy mechanisms and public-private partnerships.
Previously I coordinated the National Economic Transformation Initiative and led Monitoring & Evaluation at a major development agency, designing results-based management systems, producing strategic performance reports, and guiding resource mobilisation and fiduciary compliance.
I have a strong record in policy development from my tenure at the SACU Secretariat, economic analysis for compact-funded programmes, and earlier roles in statistics, planning and disaster management. I am committed to strengthening governance, accountability and programmatic impact in complex, resource-constrained environments.
